Materials
Only genuine semi-precious stones, Swarovski crystals and sterling silver components
are used in all jewelry designs. All instances are noted where things such as Czech glass
beads are used as accent pieces. You are definitely purchasing a quality piece of
jewelry.

Custom Orders
Email your requests to custom@gemsbyjewell.com and we will quote a price for you.

Processing Time/Shipping
All pieces are created when you place your order. Most items will ship within 3-4
business days. We ship everything USPS First Class mail. The fee is $3 and includes
delivery confirmation and insurance.

Returns/Repairs/Exchanges
Gems by Jewell designs are made with quality components. If for any reason you have
problems with your purchase, please return it to us for repair, replacement or refund.
There are no refunds given on custom orders but we will do everything possible to
guarantee satisfaction with your order. You must first email returns@gemsbyjewell.com
for prior approval for a return to be made. There is no refund on shipping charges and
you are responsible for all shipping charges to return the item. If you are exchanging or
having an item repaired, Gems by Jewell will take care of shipping it back to you.
Returns must be made within 15 days of receiving your order.

Payments
All payments are to be made through Paypal. It is a free, easy and secure process. You
do not have to become a member.

Coupon Redemption
To redeem a coupon, follow these easy steps:
1) Get your total amount from your shopping cart
2) Go to www.tradecoupon.com
3) Enter the coupon code, the name of one of the items in your shopping cart, and the full
amount (the discount will be calculated for you)
4) Continue to Paypal and finish up your transaction
